Calls and text messages to this familiar number will be answered by our team, including Dan. When sending email to report trouble, please send your email to Support@StarNetTechnologies.com with a short description of the problem in the Subject line. Examples: “Jack’s PC is smoking” 😤 or “COMPANY OUTAGE – EMERGENCY” 😱
